The manager Amanda is great. She always greets her customers with a smile and a polite professional demeanor. She never fails to impress both everyday customers and even occasional repeat visitors like myself with her great rapport, magnificent memory, and expert knowledge on new and returning products. I always enjoy my afternoon visits to this location. MOST of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The girls that work night shift are incredibly rude. If they absolutely hate their job and don't want to be there the customer shouldn't have to suffer for that. I will gladly take my business else where and I'll be more than happy to tip the cashier at the next dunkin down the road.

Well I go there every morning for breakfast I get a croissant and a coffee and some days the croissants a fresh and other day is that hot as a rock they need to be a little more consistent or a gonna lose a customer to the new Dunkin donuts opening up pretty soon

What can be said about DD? It's all good. The drive thru is partially on a hill and a little bit hard to maneuver but it does eventually get you to the order speaker and window. Highly recommended.

Time and time again, order is made incorrect which causes me a ride back or dumping it out and going to the Dunkin near Bob's one stop. When you bring a coffee back, they make you feel like your in the wrong. Lack of customer care, management needs to be replaced with someone who strives to create a better experience for the customer and hire people who care. I won't be using this place until things change. Ohh and burnt sandwiches, overcooked hash browns.

Friday night staff were unable to get the frozen drink machine to work this was after I had already paid with a DD perks coupon.So I said to the gal call the dunkin on Diamond hill rd and I’ll go there she replied I don’t know their phone number........on to Attelboro

Airy & pleasant & bright. Clean. Comfy couches. Pretty, large window. No bike rack and no public transportation nearby.

Drive thru is SO slow! The next day I went inside for my coffee and it was just as bad. They have no Hussle!

You can get coffee and get donuts you can get hot chocolate you get almost anything that Dunkin Donuts has

Same dunkin's quality as far as food and beverage goes. The store is clean and plenty of different seating types. The problem is this is absolutely the slowest Duncan's location I have ever been to. I work in the construction industry so I go to Duncan's all over the place in this is the absolute worst as far as the speed of the service. They just simply don't have the proper amount of employees working at any given time.

Staff here is always awful. Went there more than 10 times but got a good response from the staff probably thrice. Rest all encounters ended up either being arrogant ruthless behavior. They feel that they are doing us a favor. I would never go to this place again. For the first time in my life somebody slammed their window on my face when i said to be polite next time someone comes. I definitely won't recommend this place unless u wanna ruine ur day and want to get into a fight with their staff

This Dunkin’ absolutely sucks. I used to come everyday but they take forever with everything. They give attitude over anything . And my order is always wrong . Nothing will make me come here again. It’s not that hard to make an order right especially when you go there everyday . Go the .5 miles down the road to go to the Dunkin’ down the street .

What a mad house! The parking lot is crazy, the drive through is super slow and crowded and the line inside is even slower. This place is horribly under staffed. Profits are obviously more important than providing good service. The customer's time is of no value to these people. The tables are dirty and everything could use a good cleaning!

Every morning my coffee is wrong. I never write bad reviews, but it’s literally every morning that I have an issue.

They over charged me for a wake up wrap (which he forgot the bacon which I was charged for as well). The guy didn't even know how to make my chi either. I don't and won't recommend them to anyone.

This one in particular... Friendly, down to earth wait staff. People don't understand, communication is 100 percent of your business. So, this is the place I come to. Pricing is what everybody expects. If you qualify for a discount, ask for it. Have a Dunkin day.

I love this dunkin. Their very friendly and nice. I also love the leather couches to sit on. Makes me feel like im in chepachet before they upgraded and did away with them. :)
